Position Summary :

Responsible for answering all incoming calls, data entry, and reporting. Help guest with questions regarding directions, ticket prices and accounts. Supports Director of Marketing and Administration Operations Manager

Essential Functions and Tasks :

  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Help guest with direction, ticket prices, and account information. Take the CMA tours and broker tours in order to record them on the manifest.

  • Taking the CMA and broker tours from the manifest and creating accounts for them in CRS. Running reports, daily validation, preparing copies and supplies for field

  • Communicate with other departments on anything that is changing or any issues that need to be handled. Running reports for brokers. Daily occupancy report.

  • Support for the CMA's, CMA managers and CMP program.

  • General office duties including faxing, filing, and record keeping.

-Other duties as assigned



MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Days, evenings, and weekends.

Physical and Mental Requirements :

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Excellent phone skills

  • Above average computer knowledge, Word and Excel.

  • Occasionally lifts supplies or equipment.

  • Occasional standing or walking.

Team-player mentality with the ability to interact maturely and professionally; ability to deal and communicate with people effectively; ability to work at a fast pace; ability to handle many tasks at one time, and rank each in order of importance.

Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma

Knowledge and Skills :

Above average phone skills, you will be on the phone majority of shift

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to work well with people from many different backgrounds and socio-economic demographics.

Bi-lingual a PLUS
