This position is Part-Time. Fri & Sat night 11pm-7am.

Responsible for verifying, posting all revenue from the property. Verify all settlements from the property. Check in guests as necessary during the night shift.
Handling cash transactions and posting guest room charges. Nightly closing and balancing of all shift reports and daily posting transactions.
Prepare and distribute Daily Summary Report (DSR).
Book reservations for guests and owners, process check-in/check-out of guests, collect rent money, process any guest credits and/or charges, etc. Act as advocate for guests during their stay including efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or complaints to appropriate personnel in order to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction during their stay.
Responsible for key control. Answering all incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year experience in similar position of night auditor or hotel experience strongly preferred
