Generate revenue and achieve overall Sales goals through booking social events and weddings. Manage incoming group wedding leads and conduct site visits. Negotiate, contract, plan, and supervise execution of Club/Social Events and Weddings. Manage the F&B requirements of Groups booked by the Sales Dept. Manage the client’s needs and supporting vendors. Work with Chef and service team to deliver outstanding experiences.

  • Develop new business in the Events/Weddings markets and manage all leads, negotiate contracts and obtain signatures and deposits. Produce Banquet Event Orders for all functions

  • Manage recreation and intern staff for Club/Resort guest events

  • Meet or exceed annual sales/booking goals

  • Develop working relationships with key sales personnel at the TDC and competing resorts

  • Open communication with all departments and Homeowners Association staff to ensure successful execution of group bookings and events

  • Manage online wedding profiles and reviews and provide content to social media sites

  • Create and execute themed events for the TOPSL Racquet Club

  • Work closely with the F&B Team to manage the execution of all on-site events

  • Assist in developing menus and SOP’s to deliver world-class Wedding/Event experiences

  • Develop relationships with event planners and preferred vendors and manage all invoicing and payments

  • Attend industry trade shows and events


  • High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in event sales or service.

  • experience in local market(s) preferred.
