Financial Analyst

Key Role:

Work as a part of an integrated team and be responsible for providing financial tracking and analysis to current DoD projects and programs of varying size, scope and complexity. Develop and track project and program performance vs baseline plans and expenditures. Conduct financial analysis, including earned value, cash flow, cost variance, cost estimating, and "what if" scenarios. Capture projects’ activities and milestones during client meetings. Develop project schedules use Microsoft Project. Exhibit ability to format and edit documents using Microsoft Word.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Project

-Experience with conducting financial analysis

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical problem-solving skills

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

​Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP)

-Ability to work with Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in business, accounting, or finance

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

-Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) Certification

-Microsoft Project Certification
